After talking to many of the martial artists who took the MastersJOURNEY course the first time around last fall, I’ve found there were a couple of things I could improve on.

Delivery of Content. Instead of sending people a Big Box of Stuff (which is just not very earth friendly and seems to pile up at home or in the office) I decided to go with 100% online delivery of all content.
Progressive Approach. How do you eat an elephant? That’s right, one bite at a time. The approach of this new course is a 4 week delivery with action steps on every step.
