Leadership Academy Martial Arts
This is my primary focus. First and foremost, I’m a father and a husband as family is very important to me. A close second is I love teaching martial arts and leadership to both children and adults. Martial arts and authentic leadership training are a passion of mine and we’ve built a successful school in Woodruff, WI. Students/members of our school have also completed 183 Community Based Leadership Projects in the Lakeland Area.

We’ve had some good success with marketing Leadership Academy online. So naturally, I’ve had some people ask me how to use social media marketing like facebook and twitter to grow their business. I now offer some FREE seminars in our area as well as some social media management services and blog design services. This is simply a passion of mine that I enjoy working on.

This is a project that I started working on that I’m very proud of. Kyoshi Dave Kovar asked me to help him put together this health and fitness program for adults. If you’ve struggled with losing weight or staying in shape, he’s done an incredible job putting together this information for anyone to follow. Hundreds of people have taken the Satori Challenge and anything that Dave Kovar is involved in is a worth while project in my eyes. My role to create the sales website and members area.

I have a great deal of respect for Tom Callos and his work in the martial arts industry. I’ve partnered with him in helping other martial arts school owners get the help they need to stay on the cutting edge of what’s helping students in today’s world. Programs like Environmental Self Defense, Project Based Leadership Training, Anger Management Training, Verbal Judo, The Digital Dojo, The Alabama House Build Project, The Ultimate Black Belt Test, The Savor Recipe Contest, Think Kindness, Square Foot Gardening to name a few. These projects are innovative, smart, and masterful in many ways.

As a martial arts instructor, self defense is a part of our everyday life. Self defense includes bullying and dealing with the subject head on. We are working to teach children about bullying and provide a place for stories to be shared and dealt with immediately. Kids are teaching Kids about bullying by using a simple set of banners and a simple presentation. Very exciting and I’m very proud to put my name on this project.

OurHeroProject
Everybody needs Heroes. In today’s world, we have little time with our heroes. We’re using a set of banners and a kids teaching kids presentation to share stories of real life action heroes (super heroes) that are around us everyday. There’s not to much dialogue with superman and spiderman. However, we can spend time with our real life action heroes and become one ourselves.

ProjectBasedLeadershipTraining
Over 6 years of teaching PBLT in our school, I’ve created 6 modules that help other school owners understand and implement the PBLT idea into their school successfully. Project Based Leadership Training has been the most important and worthwhile project I’ve ever undertaken and is responsible for almost all of the other projects on this page.
