Blog Support Option #1: Monthly Tech Support & Blog Maintenance Plan

Includes:

• One half hour of WordPress blog tweaks, changes, fixes and consultation each and every month. This can include minor theme hacks, changing font or background colors, changing font sizes or styles, installing and configuring themes or plugins, uploading header banners or logos, email consultation, etc.
• WordPress Upgrades: each month I’ll make sure you are running the latest stable version of WordPress.
• Plugin Upgrades: each month I’ll make sure all your plugins are updated to the latest stable version.
• Complete Blog Backup: each month I’ll make a backup copy of your entire blog for emergency recovery should something bad happen to your site. This isn’t just a database backup like most services offer. I back up your entire WordPress installation including your database, your theme, your plugins and all your WordPress files. If you ever need your site restored, I can do it quickly and easily.
• Our Tech Support can be used across multiple sites. Monthly maintenance and backup tasks are included for a single blog installation.

Blog Support Option #2: Hourly Tech Support

Includes:

• One hour of WordPress blog tweaks, changes, fixes and consultation. This can include minor theme hacks, changing font or background colors, changing font sizes or styles, installing and configuring themes or plugins, uploading header banners or logos, email consultation, etc.
• Tech Support can be used across multiple sites.
• If you need more than one hour of support, simply change the quantity to reflect the number of hours you want to purchase or come back and purchase additional time whenever you want.

Support time is for blog tweaks, technical fixes, maintenance and email consultation only. It cannot be used for blog setup services. Although I can often help you with minor hosting account issues or problems with themes or plugins, the primary support for those comes from the applicable providers. All unused support time expires after six months or upon cancellation of support plan.
